Its chalk
Searched for something like this because my gym doesn't allow powdered chalk, and the alcohol was destroying my sensitive skin. Not only is this alcohol free but I actually prefer the "feel" of this chalk to others I have tried - sticks to the hands, and the holds!
My hands are usually very dry so the non alcohol version works perfectly
